Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts and perform quality control checks to ensure precision and accuracy.

Job Description:

Primary duties will be that of a CNC Operator to ensure that the machine is properly set up to run assigned parts. Verify that the parts being cut meets engineered specifications. Perform proper maintenance on the CNC Router on a daily and weekly basis to ensure proper operation of the CNC Router and the Vacuum system. Inform management of any maintenance issues that needs to be addressed.

Duties of the Set Up Technician are to ensure that all CNC Routers are properly set before running any parts on the CNC Router. The Set Up Technician will be responsible for training CNC Operators on how to operate, maintain and set up the CNC Router and perform required maintenance.

Daily Task will include but not limited to the following:

• Each morning make sure CNCs are in good working order.
• Make sure all tools are properly touched off.
• Make sure operators perform spindle wan up.
• Ensure that daily and weekly maintenance is being performed.
• Set up all Locker jobs to ensure parts are cut to correct specifications.
• Assist CNC operator with any questions or problems.
• Ensure that CNCs has correct tooling and the tooling is working properly.
• Assist Locker Manager on ordering tooling for CNC's.
• Train operators on the correct procedure for operating and maintaining CNC's.
• When possible, have a backup operator run your machine while you are performing the task of Set Up Technician.
